The complex is entered via a manned security gate using an electronic pass and the community is regularly patrolled. Margaritaville has just opened (5 minutes East on 192) which has 13 restaurant’s at Sunset walk plus a Cinema Movie grill and shops. It also has a water park ‘Island H20 Live’ which is very reasonable.
