Overview

This Orlando three bedroom property is set in the beautiful lakeside community of Vista Del Lago, on highway 192 less than 5 miles west of Disney and is just a short 35 minutes drive from Orlando International airport. It is also within easy reach of Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure and only 5 minutes from Island H20 Live water park and Sunset Walk.

We have won homesite of the month 3 times in the past few years.

Lounge

In the large spacious lounge there are two sofas (3 seater & a 2 seater), a chair, 49″ TV with cable, a DVD player, CD player, table lamps, coffee table and a ceiling fan. There is a growing selection of DVD’s available for you to watch.

Kitchen

The newly redecorated & redesigned kitchen area has a range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a laundry area off of the kitchen with a washing machine & tumble drier and a screened porch where you can relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Adjacent to the kitchen and lounge is the dining area which will comfortably seat six people.

Master Bedroom

The spacious Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 32″ Flat screen TV, cable, a ceiling fan and a large walk in closet. The Master bedroom has plenty of drawer space with a dresser & mirror, a chest and two night stands. There are two lamps for your night time reading and an alarm clock so you can get to the parks early plus a telephone. Adjacent to the Master bedroom is the newly decorated large En-suite containing two washbasins, shower & toilet.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed, a ceiling fan and walk in closet, it also has a dresser & mirror, and two night stands. It has 23″ cable TV. It also has two lamps and an alarm clock. The second bathroom is opposite the second bedroom and has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. There is an additional hairdryer in the bathroom.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and a walk in closet. The twin Beds can be pushed together to make a King size bed, bedding is available in the closet if you want this configuration. It has two chests, one night stand, a lamp and an alarm clock, a 19″ TV and DVD player. The second bathroom is adjacent to the third bedroom and has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. There is an additional hairdryer in the bathroom.
