Thanks for renting your villa to us. You truly have a fantastic place out there and we really enjoyed staying there.

By the way, your property manager was a real hero on our first night. After putting everything in the villa, we went for a Walk and I picked up one of the sets of keys and it was only when then that I realised I’d locked us all out. Fortunately we found the card you sent and called him and he was there straight away.

I was incredibly grateful and never got the chance to see him again, but please pass on my thanks again to him. I wont make that mistake again.
